Friday Weigh-In

   I know it's technically Sunday, but this is the picture of my weight on Friday!  I'm up one pound, but I'm confident I can bring it back down.

Warning!

   I found this 'warning' inside my new size 12 jeans. You gotta expect a company that has a line of jeans called "Not Your Daughter's Jeans" to have a great sense of humor!!  LOVE IT!!

    So excited to see the scale move down again this week!! 

    My biggest struggles are with getting enough exercise and sleep. In fact, I lay awake at night, thinking how stupid I was for not going to the gym!!  LOL
