Warning!

I found this 'warning' inside my new size 12 jeans. You gotta expect a company that has a line of jeans called "Not Your Daughter's Jeans" to have a great sense of humor!! LOVE IT!!

GLOSSARY

AIGB: American Institute of Gastric Banding
Onederland: pronounced /WON-DER-LAND/...that beautiful point when you step on the scale and you weigh in the one-hundreds! A goal for those of us 200+lbs!
NSV: aka Non-Scale Victory: those little achievements that just can't be measured in pounds. As in, "I can climb stairs now without huffing and puffing; that's an NSV for me!"
PB'ing: aka 'Productive Burping': when something gets stuck above your band and you 'burp' it back up. Yuck. We all want to avoid this.
TOM: Time of the Month
WLS: Weight Loss Surgery: which can refer to the LapBand procedure or gastric bypass procedures.
