Comparison Photos!

These photos were taken at work to monitor my progress. What a difference six months makes!!

June: 250 lbs..............................................December: 200lbs

You are amazing! You look great! I love seeing the changes! It makes all the hard work worth it. I am a very visual person. Do you feel just so fabulous!?!?! Congrats!!! 50 lbs is a great milestone!

GLOSSARY

AIGB: American Institute of Gastric Banding
Onederland: pronounced /WON-DER-LAND/...that beautiful point when you step on the scale and you weigh in the one-hundreds! A goal for those of us 200+lbs!
NSV: aka Non-Scale Victory: those little achievements that just can't be measured in pounds. As in, "I can climb stairs now without huffing and puffing; that's an NSV for me!"
PB'ing: aka 'Productive Burping': when something gets stuck above your band and you 'burp' it back up. Yuck. We all want to avoid this.
TOM: Time of the Month
WLS: Weight Loss Surgery: which can refer to the LapBand procedure or gastric bypass procedures.
