So my pre-op diet is going well. I thought I would have more trouble avoiding carbs, but fortunately the protein keeps me full. I haven't had any 'carb withdrawal' symptoms yet.
I prefer the Unjury brand chocolate protein shakes over the True Results chocolate shake. For some reason, the True Result choc shake is a bit 'slimy'. But the strawberry and vanilla shakes do not have that 'sliminess'; they are more smooth, like a regular dairy shake.
I gave myself a pedicure. I love the Kiss brand nail 'stickers'; they are easy to use, easy to remove, and they last forever on my toes.
T-minus eleven days until my surgery! Can't wait!

Hi, welcome to blog land. Hopefully you'll find it as useful as I have. Good luck with the pre-op diet. Surgery day will be here before you know it. I was banded on 5/21 and have had great results so far. can't wait to hear how you do.

ReplyDeleteLOL probably do. It was a size 20/22 and I'm too big for it now. But hopefully can wear it again this fall, it was a favorite.
